TruTechnology came in and literally rebuilt our entire IT room, they built it into our contract, so we didn’t have to pay for it up front. They showed us the breaches in our back door, the thin walls, so we didn’t have those issues. The value added to us is definitely well worth the investment.
Your team is amazing. The customer service is always on point. I would have assumed you had 100+ [staff] just based on the high-quality customer service and fast response times. I feel like I’m your only client!
Our trouble tickets have significantly decreased compared to the previous IT company we had for years. But the thing I’ve noticed that really separates TruTech is that they really care, plain and simple.
TruTechnology clients benefit from a solid foundation made up of six dedicated departments with an array of services. This unique approach provides depth, improved functionality, and productivity, by preventing problems from occurring in the first place.
Our service delivery model below shows who we are and how we help our clients achieve incredible results.
Everyone says they are proactive, but what is really being done to avoid your issues to begin with?
All IT Service Companies say they are proactive, but what are they really doing to avoid technology issues from occurring in the first place?
The term “proactive monitoring” is an oxymoron if we’ve ever heard one. Don’t wait for things to break before taking corrective action.
At TruTechnology, we’re taking a more assertive approach. We are firm believers that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Welcome to our version of proactive (TruActive). We dedicate an IT Auditor to your business who is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting IT audits of networks, applications, system development, and your corporate systems and processes. Our dedicated TruActive IT Audit & Alignment Team doesn’t just wait for problems to arise; we prevent them.
How do we do it?
The TruActive Advantage:
Experience for yourself how our truly proactive IT process can give you peace of mind.
In the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry an unfortunate turn of events has occurred. Account Managers (farmers) with a sales quota, have been rebranded as Fractional CIO’s or vCIO’s.
A CIO’s success should not be based on if you buy products from them.
We took a different approach – meet the Technology Success Managers (TruCIO). This team has two experts in strategic business planning, Daniel Nicolitz and Chris Stuhlman. Daniel has a degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate. Chris is our VP of Operations who understands the complexities of business specialties and the technologies they need for success. They are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals and make the most of their technology investment.
Your assigned TruCIO will:
Having a technology plan that supports your business goals is within reach.
It’s all about perspective! Have you ever heard the story of the two brick layers? One is laboring away sweating and swearing while the other is whistling while they worked. An onlooker asked the grouchy worker what they were doing, and they retorted back “What does it look like?! I stack these bricks and when I’m done, they bring me more to stack.” The onlooker then asked the other worker what they were doing. That worker stepped back with them, obviously proud of their work, and said “I am building a cathedral. A place people will come to worship for years to come.” Two workers, same job, completely different perspectives.
The TruSupport team doesn’t stack bricks – they build cathedrals. They analyze all their ticket data and work with our other teams to seek out the root cause of reoccurring issues, ultimately reducing the volume of issues over time to benefit our clients. We have a saying at TruTech, “Our clients see more value in not having the issue to begin with.”
TruSupport goes above and beyond by providing these valuable services to our clients:
We would love your staff to have the positive experience of working with our support team.
When you know what you want to accomplish, but aren’t quite sure how to get there, that’s when the Solutions Design team (Design Desk) comes to the rescue.
We modified the Cisco PPDIOO technology lifecycle management methodology (Plan, Prepare, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize), moving Design to the forefront as we know it’s hard to make decisions without solutions to consider.
Your assigned Technology Success Manager will engage the Design Desk and together they will go to market on your behalf to find and present the best solutions to consider that will achieve your business requirements. This research is included in our service plan as we would never want a client to hesitate asking for our help.
When a path forward is chosen, they will build a detailed plan following the methodology shared above that the project team will execute on, schedule for implementation, and finalize your costs.
Examples of these engagements are:
With a clearly defined business requirement and path forward designed by our team, you will have all the information you need to plan, prioritize, and budget your technology initiatives accordingly.
