Mike drives functional and business strategy by prioritizing and executing operations, resources, and budget. Setting values and corporate culture, he also facilitates communication between all TruTechnology stakeholders and its parent company Helix Technology Partners.
Prior to joining the team, Mike was the co-founder and CEO of a boutique consulting and customer experience optimization firm headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI. He received his MBA and BA in Economics from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Mike is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, coaching sports, golfing, cooking, scuba diving, and fishing.
General Manager
Daniel Nicolitz oversees TruTechnology business initiatives and continuity. He is the impetus to make sure that the TruTech team strategy aligns with the proactive business model and strategic vision. Daniel utilizes the strengths of the team to achieve efficiency and provide the opportunity for stellar client service. Continually looking for areas of improvement are on his daily radar, to make sure there is constant development and implementation of company growth strategies.
Daniel has a degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate in Law that he is able to draw from to make sound businesses strategies both for TruTechnology and our clients.
Outside the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
VP of Operations/vCIO
Chris Stuhlman maintains a strategic relationship with executive teams to assist decision makers in understanding how technology plays a vital role to address company goals, challenges, and risks. He translates business goals into technology solutions.
As Chief Information Officer, he oversees the proactive “superpower”, that helps identify and address business risks and requirements. Chris provides clients the vision and guidance on how to use technology as a means of accomplishing their business goals.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and golfing.
Director of Happiness
Anna Marasigan helps to improve/maintain company culture and execute on client’s business needs. Anna works as a primary contact for her team members and clients as an internal advocate.
As the Director of Happiness at TruTechnology, her duty is to create a welcoming and people focused environment that promotes a positive culture. She manages multiple aspects of her clients’ accounts and oversees training and career development for her staff members. For Anna, having close and meaningful relationships with others while helping them with their business needs is the most rewarding part of her role.
Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and painting with her daughter.
VP of Business Development
John Aguilera’s comprehensive, consultative approach helps businesses become aware that properly managed IT can make their business grow instead of hold them back.
As Vice President of Business Development at TruTechnology, he oversees the Sales Department, as well as directing our Marketing initiatives. For John, the relationships he builds with his clients and potential clients is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, John enjoys running, golf, and his family. He is also a pilot in the Navy Reserves.
Director of Technical Services
Christopher Cayll helps clients achieve their business goals by designing and facilitating the efficient execution of planned strategic projects.
As the Director of Technical Services at TruTechnology, he oversees the professional services team, as well as all projects. For Chris, his team implementing a project transparently that accomplishes an agreed upon business objective is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys 3D printing, spending time with his wife and their fur baby, and building knowledge around the IT space.
As a TruDefend Engineer at TruTechnology, my role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the security landscape, identifying and responding to threats, and ensuring the protection of TruTechnology and its partners from potential risks.
Outside the office, David enjoys driving his BMW E36, longboarding, and soccer.
NOC Engineer
Jay Pledger helps businesses protect themselves, both from external and internal issues.
As a NOC Engineer at TruTechnology, Jay is the man behind the curtain. He oversees backups, server monitoring, patching and multiple security platforms. For Jay, ensuring uninterrupted business continuity is the name of the game.
Outside of the office Jay enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dogs, doing girlfriend and dog stuff.
Project Coordinator
David Richter is a Project Coordinator at TruTechnology. He graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and has a background in IT Help Desk Support and Healthcare Data Analytics. David enjoys working with our clients in a wide range of businesses, and he takes pride in working with them to make sure their needs are met at every step of the project.
In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, practicing piano, and dining at all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in Jax Beach with the intent to eat so much that he forces them to change their business model.
Marketing Manager
Tammy Cipriani is our Marketing Manager at TruTechnology. With a double major from University of North Florida in Marketing and Management, she uses those skills and years of experience to educate clients about our proactive services. She handles our social media, email marketing, networking and events. She loves planning and implementing new ideas, and feels that good synergy creates great marketing programs.
In her free time, she spends lots of time with her family and her 113 pound Akita sniffing out new adventures.
Senior Project Engineer
Victor is passionate about technology and loves learning about different facets of IT. He’s been helping businesses get the most out of their technology since 2011. In his free time he enjoys experimenting with new tech, playing guitar, cycling, hunting, camping, playing video games, and spending time with loved ones.
Support and Field Services Engineer
Brad Cannon assists clients on the support desk helping to resolve, educate, and implement workflows to improve the client experience for their day to day roles.
As a Support and Field Services Engineer at TruTechnology, he works with clients remote or in person, to resolve issues as well as install, manage, and troubleshoot client equipment. For Brad, meeting clients and working on a face to face basis to build relationships is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys time with family and friends, great food, and activities such as exercise and playing guitar.
Support Engineer
Jonathan Mendum plays a vital role on the support team, providing timely reactive responses to issues reported by end users.
As Support Engineer at TruTechnology, he adheres to a daily structure of resolving reported issues with speed and agility; bringing about the best possible outcome for clients. In addition, he resolves reactive issues strategically in order to prevent the same type of problem in the future.
Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to heavy metal, and watching horror movies. He considers heavy metal to be very therapeutic and motivational.
Support Engineer
Katia Font helps clients and the Support Team with triaging tickets based on urgency and priority, quick fixes as they come in over the phone or through a ticket, and creating accounts as clients hire new employees or lock them down as they terminate employees.
As a Support Engineer at TruTechnology, she provides support to the clients as well as assists the team with working through urgent tickets. For Katia, building relationships with clients over the phone, is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Katia enjoys riding her bike, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Project Engineer
Tony Haskew has 15+ years of experience in the IT field. He started working as a web developer in the 90’s and over the years migrated into the administration of systems and infrastructures of companies.
Tony enjoys working on new technology and finding new ways to address old issues in the management of IT systems.
Outside of work, Tony is a 3D printing enthusiast, commission painter, and enjoys spending time with his family.
Support Engineer
Jack McVearry assists clients by triaging tickets and troubleshooting technology issues. Whether submitted through the ticketing system, email, or over the phone, Jack plays a pivotal role in solving and eliminating technology challenges.
As a Support Engineer at TruTechnology, Jack strives to respond as quickly as possible while resolving “quick fix tickets” in a timely and effective manner. For Jack, being a friendly, resourceful voice over the phone is his favorite part of the role.
Jack is great at soccer and making people smile. He loves to exercise and watch shows in his free time.
Support Engineer
Collin Bardakjy is a Support Engineer at TruTechnology. He graduated from the University of North Florida, where he received his bachelor’s in history. He also served in the Army for close to four years. Collin puts a large emphasis on client satisfaction and representing the core values at TruTechnology.
Collin is passionate about hockey. He even learned to ice-skate so he could play at the ice-rink! Some of his other hobbies include playing the guitar, going to the beach, and eating steak.
Junior IT Auditor
Brian Stutsman is a junior IT auditor in the TruActive ongoing IT process. He compares your business environment to hundreds of standards on an ongoing basis to find issues before they impact your business. These standards include best practice reviews, updated documentation and knowledge-based articles for your team to leverage. Brian provides technical reporting to the TruCIO who reevaluates and continually improves on the strategic technology plan for your business.
Support Engineer
Navin Bissessar is a support engineer with over ten years of IT and customer service experience. He has built many computers and produces music on the piano. He’s been fascinated with tech since he was a wee lad.
Navin was born in Trinidad to parents who have been married for 41 years and along with his sister, moved to Florida when he was eight years old. He’s a HUGE xbox gamer and has four furbabies, Gigi, a Pitbull, Rockie and Achillies who are Shih Tzus, and Chico the Chihuahua.
